Questions, problems with a load plan, billing or your account: write to
contact@3dpack.ing. Include the
email you sign in with and, for a plan, its link (the address with ?g= in it),
so we can look at exactly what you saw.
Using 3DPACK.ING in Claude or ChatGPT
- Connect: add
https://3dpack.ing/mcpas a custom connector (in ChatGPT, in developer mode) and sign in with your 3DPACK.ING account when asked. A free account works, on its free monthly packs. - What it can do: pack shipments on your account and show the result in 3D. It cannot see your saved plans or change your account.
- Disconnect: remove the connector in Claude's or ChatGPT's settings. To also cancel the access it was given, write to us and we will revoke it.
- A pack that fails costs nothing: if a request is rejected or the solver cannot answer it, the pack is given back automatically.

Your account
- Sign in at 3dpack.ing/login with an emailed code, or with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.
- Plans and billing: see the plans; for an invoice, a refund or a cancellation, write to us.
- Deleting your account or your data: write to us from the address you sign in with, and we will delete it.
