We do not store cookies or use tracking/analytics tools without your explicit consent.

* Third-Party Cookies

We use:

Stripe: For payment processing. May set cookies for session management and security.
Tawk.to: For live chat support. May set cookies for chat functionality.

* Security Cookie

If you log in, a security cookie is stored to maintain your session.

* Logged Information

We log your IP address, requests from this point on. Only after your consent, we also log all the clicks, page visibility changes and navigation events to improve user experience.

* Stored Calculations

Your calculations will be permanently stored in our database.

* Your Name

If you sign in with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn, that provider tells us the name on your account, and we store it so we can address you by it. Signing in with an emailed code tells us nothing but your address. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

* Email We Send You

We send you sign-in codes when you ask for them. Once, a few hours after your first calculation, we also send a short message asking whether the result worked for you. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is permanent. Unless you have ticked the box described below, we send you nothing else, and we do not pass your address to anyone.

* Being Contacted About the Product

The sign-in box has an optional tick, separate from accepting these terms and unticked by default, saying we may email or call you about 3DPACK.ING. Leaving it alone changes nothing: you get the sign-in codes and the one follow-up above and no more, and every part of the product works exactly the same either way. If you do tick it, we record the date and which wording you agreed to, and you can withdraw at any time by writing to contact@3dpack.ing or using the unsubscribe link in any message. We still do not sell your address or pass it to anyone else.

* AI Processing

Where the product uses AI — describing a load in plain language, and choosing a one-word category for the message above — the item names, quantities and dimensions of that calculation are sent to Anthropic for processing. Your email address, your name and your stored plans are never sent.
